Fadnavis suggested that despite the shifting nature of dollar-rupee exchange rate, there has been an unprecedented interest in Maharashtra and India.

“Dollar rupee exchange rate keeps shifting goal post, but I am not worried about that. Despite global headwinds, we are seeing unprecedented interest in Maharashtra and India."

On US-India Trade Deal

Speaking about the US-India trade deal, CM Devendra Fadnavis said his expertise lied in inter-state trade deal, while also adding that one should be hopeful.

“I do inter-state trade deals, do not have competence on what will happen with US. But we should be very hopeful", he said.
