Anant Raj shares hit a day high of Rs 471.00 on 28 October, as Q2 profit rose 13% alongside updates on its Gurugram housing launch.

Anant Raj Ltd earned Rs 156.49 crore in the July to September quarter, about 13% more than a year ago. Revenue grew at a slower pace, up 4.9% to Rs 661.53 crore.

Over the first six months, profit reached Rs 305.68 crore, up from Rs 264.08 crore. Revenue rose to Rs 1,292.93 crore from Rs 1,223.20 crore.

The housing update is The Estate One, a luxury group housing project in Sector 63A, Gurugram. It has around 1.22 million sq ft of built-up potential.

The company told exchanges it holds the RERA registration, which a developer needs before it can sell homes, and said the launch will come shortly.

Reports of the registration first appeared in August. The second business is digital.

Anant Raj Cloud Singapore, a wholly owned arm, signed an MoU with the Haryana government and Orange Business Services Singapore.

The goal is to make Haryana a hub for data centres, which are buildings that store and process online data, along with sovereign cloud and AI infrastructure.

Orange Business plans to join as a technology partner, on terms still to be agreed.

Two data centre campuses are already running with 28 MW of capacity. Anant Raj wants 63 MW by the end of FY27 and 357 MW by FY32.

The company is also separating its cloud business. Its board approved the demerger in July, and banks have given their no-objection letters.

It expects SEBI and stock exchange approvals shortly. In August, Anant Raj reported a profit of Rs 149.19 crore for the April to June quarter.

Shareholders also received a dividend of Re 1 per share, with an ex-date of 31 July 2026.
