In a massive nationwide counter-offensive, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will launch a month-long campaign featuring top powerful leaders to counter the Opposition’s mega rally scheduled at Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan on November 1.

The ruling party’s aggressive pushback will begin on November 1 with synchronised Padyatras (foot marches) spanning the entire country, which will continue for a month until November 30.

To ensure maximum impact, the BJP is deploying its heaviest political hitters. Top Union Ministers and Chief Ministers from BJP-ruled states are scheduled to travel to key constituencies across India to lead the Padyatras on the ground.

As part of the initial rollout, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will personally lead the charge in the south and north. Shah is scheduled to participate in a massive Padyatra in Hyderabad on November 2, followed by another high-profile march in Haryana on November 5.

In tandem with the political marches, the BJP also plans to coordinate special programs organized by members of the Sikh community on November 1. This targeted community outreach is designed to amplify the party’s nationalist messaging on the very day the joint Opposition attempts a major show of strength in the national capital.

THE OPPOSITION RALLY

The INDIA opposition bloc is holding a massive “Vote Bachao, Desh Bachao" mega rally at Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan on November 1, 2026, aiming to pull in up to 10 lakh participants to protest alleged irregularities in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.
