Tiger Shroff has made headlines for a property transaction in Mumbai, just days after a frightening firing incident in Juhu left the actor shaken and raised concerns about his safety. The actor has sold his apartment in Khar West for Rs 9 crore, having purchased the property for Rs 7.61 crore in 2018. The timing of the deal has attracted attention, coming only four days after the October 18 shooting incident in which Tiger narrowly escaped injury. While the actor's real estate transaction has nothing to suggest a connection with the firing, the development has brought his Mumbai property portfolio back into focus. The sale, registered on October 22, 2026, also offers a glimpse into the premium residential property market in one of Mumbai's most sought-after neighbourhoods.
Tiger Shroff Mumbai Apartment Sale: Rs 9 Crore Deal In Khar West
According to property registration documents shared by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, Tiger has sold his apartment at Rustomjee Paramount D Co-operative Housing Society in Khar West, Mumbai. The transaction was registered on October 22, four days after the firing incident in Juhu.
The apartment is situated on the ninth floor of the residential society and comes with a carpet area of 1,291.14 square feet. The property also has an exclusive area measuring 95.80 square feet, along with two covered car parking spaces.
The apartment was sold for Rs 9 crore, translating to approximately Rs 64,891 per square foot. The registration documents show the transaction attracted stamp duty of Rs 54 lakh.

Tiger Shroff Sells Khar West Home For Rs 9 Crore: Property Deal Registered Days After Juhu Firing Incident
The property had originally been purchased by Tiger from developer Keystone Realtors Private Limited on July 17, 2018, for Rs 7.61 crore. The actor took possession of the apartment on November 30, 2019. The sale price represents a difference of approximately Rs 1.39 crore between the original purchase price and the latest transaction value. However, this is not the actor's final profit, as the calculation does not account for stamp duty paid at the time of purchase, other transaction costs, maintenance expenses or any renovation work carried out on the property.
Tiger Shroff Property Investment: What The Khar West Deal Reveals
Mumbai's premium residential property market has long attracted Bollywood celebrities, with neighbourhoods such as Khar West, Bandra and Juhu emerging as preferred addresses for actors and other high-profile personalities.
Tiger's apartment at Rustomjee Paramount is located in one of the city's established residential areas. The transaction highlights the value attached to premium residential properties in Mumbai, where location, amenities, parking facilities and the size of the apartment can influence the final sale price.
The actor's purchase in 2018 and subsequent sale in 2026 also mean that the property remained part of his real estate holdings for more than eight years before the transaction was registered. While the Rs 9 crore sale price is higher than the original purchase price, the difference should not automatically be considered a net gain. Property ownership involves several expenses, and the final financial outcome depends on the overall costs associated with the investment.
CRE Matrix's registration data provides details of the transaction, including the apartment's location, area, sale consideration and registration date.
Tiger Shroff Juhu Firing Incident: Actor Narrowly Escapes Injury
The property transaction comes days after Tiger was involved in a frightening incident in Mumbai's Juhu area on October 18. According to reports, three men riding a motorcycle approached the actor's car as he was leaving a football ground in Juhu. The assailants allegedly fired five rounds, with multiple bullets hitting the vehicle.
Tiger escaped with minor gunpowder burn marks. However, his driver and a fan, Umesh Chauhan, sustained serious injuries in the shooting.
The incident triggered a police investigation, with officers reportedly revealing that the suspects had initially intended to target another prominent Bollywood star. They allegedly changed their target to Tiger because of security constraints.
The shooting raised concerns about the safety of celebrities in Mumbai, particularly those who frequently travel between their homes, film sets and public venues.
Tiger Shroff Shooting Case: Maharashtra Government Responds
The firing incident also prompted a response from Maharashtra's political leadership. Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde visited Tiger following the shooting and assured him that strict action would be taken against those responsible. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis also spoke to the actor over the phone.
Multiple arrests have been made since the incident, while the investigation remains underway.
Meanwhile, Tiger's father, veteran actor Jackie Shroff, attended the road-naming and unveiling ceremony for Bappi Lahiri Marg in Mumbai on October 19. The event was attended by Fadnavis and other prominent personalities.
Jackie's appearance at the ceremony came a day after the shooting incident involving his son.
