MV Electrosystems IPO GMP: The initial public offering (IPO) of MV Electrosystems has entered its third day of subscription after receiving strong investor interest during the first two days.

The current GMP indicates an estimated listing premium of around 27 per cent, implying a listing price of approximately Rs 540 against the upper issue price of Rs 425.
Additionally, if the current GMP sustains, investors could make an estimated profit of Rs 3,910 per lot of 34 shares.
MV Electrosystems IPO Subscription Status
The IPO continues to witness robust demand. As of 10:55 am on the third day, the issue was subscribed nearly 45 times. The subscription was primarily driven by retail investors, with the retail portion subscribed over 82 times. Here's the category-wise subscription:
- Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs): 0.99x
- Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs): 102.07x
- Retail Individual Investors (RIIs): 82.21x
Overall, the IPO received bids for 17,27,55,666 shares against 39,87,491 shares on offer.
MV Electrosystems IPO Price Band and Lot Size
The IPO is priced in the range of Rs 400 to Rs 425 per share. The lot size has been fixed at 34 shares, requiring a minimum investment of Rs 14,450 for retail investors.

The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 4, 2026. Investors can check their allotment status on the official websites of the NSE, BSE, and KFin Technologies, the registrar to the issue.
MV Electrosystems IPO: Use of Proceeds
According to the company's Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the net proceeds from the fresh issue will be used for:
- Funding the company's long-term working capital requirements (Rs 180 crore)
- Investment in research, design, and development of new power electronics equipment
