Eternal (₹317)

Rally likely to resume

The stock of Eternal (formerly known as Zomato) has been rallying since March after it found support at ₹215. It marked a 52-week high of ₹344.75 last month. But since then, the price has been on a decline and it closed at ₹317 last week after marking a low of ₹301.90 on Friday. The chart shows that the stock has a strong support at ₹300 followed by ₹290. We expect the stock to resume the rally on the back of this. It is then likely to surpass the prior peak of ₹344.75 and touch ₹380 over the medium-term. However, if the stock breaks down below the support at ₹290, the near-term outlook can turn weak, potentially leading to a fall to ₹280 and subsequently to ₹260.

PVR Inox (₹1,395.55)

Trend turns bullish

Since early June, the stock of PVR Inox has been appreciating. Last month, it broke out of a key barrier at ₹1,210, a considerable sign that the trend has turned bullish. After hitting a high of ₹1,457.90 last week, it is now at ₹1,395.55. From the current level, there is a good chance for the stock to witness a price correction. While the nearest support can be spotted at ₹1,300, the corrective decline might drag the stock to ₹1,250. But eventually, the stock is likely to get back to the upward trajectory and rise to ₹1,700 over the next year. That said, in case the price falls below ₹1,210, the bulls will lose strength and could give way for a decline to ₹1,000 and ₹900.

Union Bank of India (₹178.50)

Breakout anticipated

The stock of Union Bank of India rallied between January 2025 and February 2026. The price doubled from about ₹100 as the scrip hit a fresh high of ₹205.45 in February, this year. However, since then, it has largely been trading in a consolidation phase. Nevertheless, the overall outlook remains bullish. The probability for a breakout of the nearest resistance at ₹190 is high. Once this occurs, the stock can establish a fresh leg of rally, potentially lifting the price up to ₹225 over the medium-term. In case the price falls and slips below the support at ₹155, the trend will turn bearish. A break below ₹155 can trigger a downswing to ₹125.
