New CCTV footage showing Shraddha Dubey with businessman Shiva Sharma weeks before his death has emerged amid allegations that his fatal fall from a Lucknow apartment was a murder.

Fresh CCTV footage has emerged in the investigation into the death of Lucknow businessman Shiva Sharma, showing him with model Shraddha Dubey and her sister weeks before he died after falling from a residential building.

The footage, dated August 4, reportedly captures the three at the Awadh Green Apartment in Lucknow. It was recorded at around 1:30 am and appears to show them leaving the building together.

Shraddha, 31, can be seen walking downstairs while holding Sharma’s hand. She is wearing a black outfit in the footage. Her sister Rashmi Dubey, dressed in a pink satin pyjama set, is also seen walking alongside them. The three were reportedly heading to a party.

The footage has surfaced as investigators continue to examine the circumstances surrounding Sharma’s death on October 9.

Sharma, 28, died after he allegedly fell from the balcony of a flat at the same apartment complex. The incident was initially considered an accidental death. However, allegations made by his family prompted police to investigate it as a possible murder.

His relatives alleged that Sharma had been beaten and tortured before being thrown from the building. Following the allegations, police registered a murder case against the accused.

Shraddha, Sister And Driver Arrested

Shraddha and her sister Rashmi were arrested along with a driver, Danish, in Nagpur on October 20. All three are now in judicial custody.

Police had been searching for the accused since Sharma’s death. Investigators suspect they travelled to Nepal after the incident before moving to Delhi-NCR and eventually reaching Nagpur.

A reward of Rs 50,000 had earlier been announced by police for information that could help in locating them.

Shraddha Claims Sharma Took His Own Life

Shraddha has rejected the allegations against her and denied having any role in Sharma’s death.

In videos shared on social media, she claimed Sharma went into a bathroom at her residence and later jumped from the balcony. She also alleged that he was struggling with a debt of Rs 15 lakh to Rs 20 lakh.

According to Shraddha, Sharma had threatened to kill himself if he was unable to clear the debt.

She has also said that CCTV recordings would help establish the sequence of events. Shraddha has denied claims that Sharma was assaulted or tortured before his death.

Audio Clip Focuses On Jewellery

Investigators are also looking into an audio recording that has circulated online. The clip allegedly contains a conversation between Sharma and Shraddha over jewellery that Sharma is purported to admit taking and selling.

Shraddha is heard claiming that the jewellery was worth around Rs 6 lakh and asking Sharma when she would receive the money from its sale.

The newly surfaced CCTV footage, the audio clip and statements from those involved are now among the material being examined as police work to establish what happened before Sharma’s death.
