For Zomato co-founder Deepinder Goyal, a luxury home in Gurugram has turned into a remarkable real estate investment. Purchased for Rs 52.3 crore in August 2022, his sprawling apartment at DLF’s The Camellias is now reportedly valued at around Rs 140 crore, nearly three times its original price. Located in one of Gurugram’s most exclusive residential addresses, the property offers more than just an impressive square footage. Think expansive golf course views, private elevators, five dedicated parking spaces and access to a lifestyle that includes everything from a private cinema to wellness facilities. While Goyal’s entrepreneurial journey has made him a familiar name in India’s startup ecosystem, his property investments are now attracting attention for another reason: the extraordinary appreciation of luxury real estate in Delhi-NCR. And this is not the only premium property he has reportedly added to his portfolio.

Its golf course-facing views and premium facilities further add to its appeal.
