Brigade Group ties up with Hyatt, to open two Bengaluru hotels with 600 rooms

Brigade Group has signed agreements with Hyatt Hotels Corporation to develop two hotels under the Hyatt Regency brand in Bengaluru, one at Brigade Global Park and the other at Brigade’s upcoming integrated township on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road. Together, the hotels are expected to add 600 rooms to Brigade’s hotel portfolio in the city.

Brigade Estates and Projects Private Limited, an entity of Brigade Group, signed a management agreement for Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park. The hotel will be located within the group’s 25-acre integrated advanced engineering and business ecosystem.

The property is planned to have around 350 guestrooms and suites, along with meeting and event facilities spanning approximately 25,000 sq ft and multiple dining options catering to business and leisure travellers.

Nirupa Shankar, Joint Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, said, “Both hotels will be part of larger integrated developments that bring together multiple asset classes, reinforcing Brigade’s pioneering approach to creating destinations that add long-term value to the city. We are pleased to continue our association with Hyatt through its globally recognised Hyatt Regency brand and bring it to these two significant Brigade developments.”
